摘　　要：介绍了一起有载分接开关故障导致的触头烧毁案例,分析了故障产生的原因,提出了处理方案及预防措施。A case of contact burning caused by on-load tap-changer failure was introduced.The causes of the failure were analyzed,and the treatment process and preventive measures were proposed.
