摘　　要：介绍离子膜电解生产工艺。为降低槽电压,将有极距电解槽改造为膜极距。给出操作中的注意事项。改造后,电解槽电压降低,电流效率提升,减少了对膜的损伤,提高了产品质量。The production process of ion-exchange membrane electrolysis is introduced.In order to reduce the cell voltage,the electrolytic cells with electrode distance is transformed into those with zero gap.Operational precautions are given.After the transformation,the cell voltage is reduced,the current efficiency is improved,the damage to the membrane is reduced,and the product quality is improved.
