摘 要:提出了一种用高浓度2-氯乙醇生产车间蒸馏残液制备液体聚硫橡胶的方法。通过小试研究并结合实际生产,确定了由氯乙醇残液合成共聚单体和由共聚单体制备高性能液体聚硫橡胶的工艺条件。合成共聚单体的最佳工艺参数为:残液(以醇计)与多聚甲醛摩尔比为2.25:1,催化剂用量0.20%,反应温度(92±2)℃,反应时间2.5h。生产液态聚硫橡胶的关键工艺参数为:氯化镁用量≥6.6%,常规单体与共聚单体质量比为4:1,混合单体与多硫化钠摩尔比为1:1.20,橡胶相对分子质量控制在3800~4200。A method was proposed to prepare liquid polysulfide rubber from distillation residue which was produced in high concentration of 2-chloroethanol production workshop.The technological conditions for synthesizing comonomer from chloroethanol residue and preparing high-performance liquid polysulfide rubber from the comonomer obtained were determined through small-scale study and actual production.The optimum process parameters for synthesizing the comonomer were that the molar ratio of residual liquid(calculated as alcohol)to paraformaldehyde was 2.25:1,the catalyst dosage was 0.20%,the reaction temperature was(92±2)℃,and the reaction time was 2.5 h.The key process parameters for the production of liquid polysulfide rubber were that the amount of magnesium chloride was≥6.6%,the mass ratio of conventional monomer to comonomer was 4:1,the molar ratio of mixed monomer to sodium polysulfide was 1:1.20,and the relative molecular weight of the ruber was controlled between 3800 and 4200.
