摘　　要：一次盐水中钙镁含量作为氯碱生产中的重要监控指标,实现在线分析意义重大。阐述了在安装调试2035在线分析仪时遇到的问题。经过分析方法研究调整,仪器配置调整,完美地解决了影响分析准确度的因素,并通过精密度和准确度验证、加标回收率验证。使用Minitab质量工具配对检验在线和手工分析结果等办法,确认了在线分析的准确度和可靠性。Calcium and magnesium content in primary brine is an important monitoring index in chlor-alkali production.Therefore,it is of great significance to realize on-line analysis.This paper describes the problems encountered in the installation and commissioning of on-line analyzer 2035.Through the research and adjustment of analytical methods and the adjustment of instrument configuration,the factors affecting the analysis accuracy are perfectly solved.It passed the verification of precision and accuracy,and the verification of spiked recovery rate.The accuracy and reliability of on-line analysis were confirmed by using Minitab quality tools to pair check on-line and manual analysis results.
