摘 要:为研究波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥梁结构力学性能,本文利用ANSYS对1600型波形钢腹板进行线性和非线性屈曲分析,计算该种型号波形钢腹板不同高度、厚度的屈曲模态,得到波形钢腹板三种屈曲模态的结构尺寸范围,分析波形钢腹板的非线性屈曲行为。结果表明:波形钢腹板随厚度和高度的增加,其一阶屈曲模态由局部屈曲逐渐发展为整体屈曲;波形钢腹板随着厚度的增加,其屈曲极限荷载大致成正比例增加,随着高度的增加,其屈曲极限荷载大致成正比例减小;局部屈曲的荷载-位移曲线在屈服后下降速度较快,整体屈曲的荷载-位移曲线在屈服后下降速度较慢。Prestressed continuous composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new type of bridge structure. In this paper,the linear and nonlinear buckling analysis of 1600 corrugated steel webs was carried out by using ANSYS software,and the buckling modes of this type of corrugated steel webs with different heights and thicknesses were calculated. The structural size range of three buckling modes of corrugated steel webs is obtained,and the nonlinear buckling behavior of corrugated steel webs is analyzed. The results show that the first order buckling mode of corrugated steel webs gradually develops from local buckling to global buckling with the increase of thickness and height. The buckling limit load of corrugated steel web increases with the increase of thickness,and decreases with the increase of height. The load-displacement curve of local buckling decreases rapidly after yielding,while the load-displacement curve of global buckling decreases slowly after yielding.
