摘　　要：应用UPLC技术建立了中成药银翘散的指纹图谱。采用Agilent 1290 UPLC分析仪,Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,检测波长230 nm,柱温30℃,以0.02%磷酸水和乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,建立了该条件下银翘散的UPLC指纹图谱。该指纹图谱中有20个共有峰,相似度分析显示,27批次银翘散样品指纹图谱的相似度在0.906~0.996之间,对共有峰峰面积的积分数据进行主成分分析和聚类分析的结果看出,不同厂家的产品之间存在一定的差异。In this study,UPLC was used to establish the fingerprint of yinqiao powder.Using Agilent 1290 UPLC analyzer;ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)chromatographic column;at the temperature of 30℃;the detection wavelength is 230 nm;0.02%phosphoric acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase,gradient elution.The UPLC chromatograms of 27 batches of Yinqiaopowde were collected and the fingerprint of Yinqiaopowder were established.There are 20 common peaks in the fingerprint.The result of similarity analysis shows the similarity of 27 batches of yinqiao powder samples ranged from 0.906 to 0.996.The results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis on the integral data of common peak area show that there are some differences among the products of different manufacturers.
