摘　　要：用微波消解-偏钼酸铵分光光度法对城市污泥中总磷进行了测定,工作曲线的相关系数均是0.9999,重复性相对偏差小于1.0%,加标回收率在97.8%~102%,准确度较好。研究了离心速率和离心时间对总磷浓度的影响。当离心速率为3500 r/min,离心时间不少于40 min时,取得了较好的检测结果。The microwave digestion-ammonium metamolybdate spectrophotometric method was used to determine total phosphorus in the municipal sewage sludge.The determination result shows that the correlation coefficients are 0.9999,the repeatability relative deviation is less than 1.0%,and the recovery with standard addition is 97.8%~102%with higher accuracy.The effect of centrifugation rate and centrifugation time on total phosphorus concentration was investigated,when the centrifugation rate is 3500 r/min,centrifugation time is not less than 40 minutes,the detection results are better.
