摘  要:采用3D打印技术将新型功能滤棒应用于常规卷烟中,对所制备的卷烟样品中的物理指标、主流烟气指标、香味成分和7种有害成分进行了分析。结果表明:1)主流烟气中的焦油、烟碱、氢氰酸、苯并[α]联芘、苯酚、巴豆醛、NNK等显著降低。其中,焦油降低率为32.1%,危害性指数降低率为35.2%。新型功能滤棒的应用可有效地降低卷烟烟气各种有害成分,具有显著的降焦减害效果。2)新型功能滤棒对常规卷烟的主流烟气香味成分影响较大,香味成分总量降低率为19.9%。多种香味成分含量均出现不同程度降低,部分香味成分降低至未检出,香味成分总量的降低率低于焦油降低率与卷烟危害性指数降低率。The new functional filter rod was applied to conventional cigarettes by 3D printing technology,and the physical indicators,mainstream smoking indicators,aroma components and 7 harmful components in the prepared cigarette samples were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)Tar,nicotine,hydrocyanic acid,benzo[α]pyrene,phenol,crotonaldehyde and NNK in mainstream smoking were significantly reduced.Among them,the tar reduction rate was 32.1%,and the hazard index reduction rate was 35.2%.The application of the new functional filter rod can effectively reduce various harmful components of cigarette smoking,and has a significant effect of reducing tar and harm;(2)The new functional filter rod has a greater impact on the mainstream smoking aroma components of conventional cigarettes,and the total reduction rate of the aroma components is 19.9%.The contents of various aroma components were reduced by varying degrees,and some aroma components were reduced to undetectable levels.The reduction rate of the total aroma components was lower than the reduction rate of tar and the reduction rate of the hazard index.
