摘  要:沸石咪唑酯骨架(ZIF)材料是极具前景的超级电容器电极材料。为得到高比电容、长循环寿命的ZIF结构电极材料,以硝酸锌、硝酸钴和2-甲基咪唑为原料,甲醇为溶剂,采用室温搅拌静置法制备锌-钴双金属ZIF(ZnCo-ZIF)材料,然后用0.2 mol/L KOH的甲醇-水(体积比2∶5)溶液分别进行1 h、3 h、5 h、7 h和9 h的搅拌处理,研究处理时间对超电容性能的影响。搅拌处理5 h得到的球形ZnCo-ZIF,电化学性能最佳:以1 A/g的电流在0~0.4 V充放电,比电容高达1 349 F/g;以10 A/g的电流循环1 000次,电容保持率达到77.4%。Zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIF) material was highly promising electrode material for supercapacitors.In order to obtain ZIF electrode materials with high specific capacitance and long cycle life, zinc-cobalt bimetallic ZIF(ZnCo-ZIF) material was prepared using zinc nitrate, cobalt nitrate and 2-methylimidazole as raw materials and methanol as solvent by stirring and standing method at room temperature.Then ZnCo-ZIF was treated by stirring with 0.2 mol/L KOH methanol-water(volume ratio was 2∶5) solution for 1 h, 3 h, 5 h, 7 h and 9 h, respectively.The effects of treatment time on the performance of the supercapacitors were studied.Spherical ZnCo-ZIF obtained while treated for 5 h had the best electrochemical performance: when charged-discharged at a current of 1 A/g in 0-0.4 V,the specific capacitance was up to 1 349 F/g.The capacitance retention reached 77.4% when cycled at a current of 10 A/g after 1 000 cycles.
