摘  要:锌膏凝胶剂在碱性锌锰(碱锰)电池中有很重要的作用。通常将聚丙烯酸凝胶剂和聚丙烯酸钠凝胶剂搭配使用。以聚丙烯酸钠凝胶剂为重点,研究通过调整凝胶剂添加量和颗粒大小,提升中小电流恒阻放电性能,以及综合调整凝胶剂提升大电流放电性能的方法,并探讨凝胶剂对电池耐老化性能的影响。锌粉添加量为100 g,聚丙烯酸钠凝胶剂DK-500B的添加量为0.175 g时,制备的LR6电池在3.9Ω、1 h/d至0.8 V方式下的放电时间由6.89 h延长到7.67 h;在1000 mA、10 s/m、1 h/d至0.9 V方式下放电,70℃下老化7 d前后电池的大电流放电次数降低率,由8.21%降低至6.32%。Zinc gel binder was very important in alkaline Zn/MnO_(2) battery.The polyacrylic acid binder and sodium polyacrylate binder were usually used in combination.Sodium polyacrylate binder was taken as the focus,the methods of improving the discharge performance with fixed resistances of small and medium current by adjusting the addition and particle size of the binder were studied.The methods of improving the high current discharge performance by comprehensively adjusting the binder were also studied,the influence of the binder on the anti-aging performance of the battery was discussed.When the addition of zinc powder was 100 g,the addition of sodium polyacrylate binder DK-500B was 0.175 g,the discharge time of prepared LR6 battery was increased from 6.89 h to 7.67 h under the discharge mode of 3.9Ω,1 h/d to 0.8 V.Under the discharge mode of 1000 mA,10 s/m,1 h/d to 0.9 V,the reduction rate of high current discharge times of the battery before and after aging at 70℃for 7 d was decreased from 8.21%to 6.32%.
