摘 要:为了提升汽车电池用Mg_(2)Ni基储氢合金的储氢性能,采用机械球磨法制备LaH_(3)-TiH_(2)复合添加剂,并考察添加LaH_(3)、TiH_(2)和LaH_(3)-TiH_(2)对Mg_(2)Ni合金物相组成、微观形貌和储氢性能的影响。添加LaH_(3)-TiH_(2)时,储氢合金充分放氢后,LaH_(3)相分解形成LaH_(2)相,而仅添加LaH_(3)时,不会形成LaH_(2)相;复合添加LaH_(3)-TiH_(2)可改善LaH_(3)在储氢合金中的分布状态,且储氢合金的吸氢量和放氢量都有不同程度提高;相较纯Mg_(2)Ni合金,Mg_(2)Ni+10%M(M=LaH_(3)、TiH_(2)和LaH_(3)-TiH_(2))储氢合金的焓变ΔH和熵变ΔS都有不同程度的降低、氢扩散速率k有不同程度的提高,且M=LaH_(3)-TiH_(2)时,储氢合金的ΔH和ΔS最小、k最大,说明复合添加LaH_(3)-TiH_(2)对储氢合金储氢性能的改善效果最好。In order to improve the hydrogen storage performance of Mg_(2)Ni based hydrogen storage alloy for automotive battery,LaH_(3)-TiH_(2) composite additives were prepared by mechanical ball milling method,the effects of adding LaH_(3),TiH_(2) and LaH_(3)-TiH_(2) on the phase composition,micro-morphology and hydrogen storage performance of Mg_(2)Ni alloy were investigated.When LaH_(3)-TiH_(2) was added,LaH_(3) phase decomposed to form LaH_(2) phase after full hydrogen release,but LaH_(3) added alone would not form LaH_(2) phase.The composite addition of LaH_(3)-TiH_(2) could improve the distribution of LaH_(3) in hydrogen storage alloy,the hydrogen absorption and desorption of the hydrogen storage alloy were increased in varying degrees.Compared with pure Mg_(2)Ni alloy,the enthalpy change(ΔH)and entropy change(ΔS)of Mg_(2)Ni+10%M(M=LaH_(3),TiH_(2) and LaH_(3)-TiH_(2))hydrogen storage alloys decreased in varying degrees,diffusion rate k of hydrogen increased in varying degrees,theΔH andΔS was the smallest,the k was the largest for the hydrogen storage alloy when M=LaH_(3)-TiH_(2),indicated that the improvement effect of composite addition of LaH_(3)-TiH_(2) on the hydrogen storage performance of hydrogen storage alloy was the best.
