摘 要:车用动力电池回收利用标准体系近年来在逐步构建中。梳理已发布和在研的车用动力电池回收利用标准,重点分析再生利用环节的流程。用于再生利用的废旧动力电池,经放电、拆解得到单体电池;通过单体拆解、物理处理获得电极材料粉;电极材料粉经湿法冶炼、材料合成定向循环制备电池材料。研究结果为行业内开展废旧动力电池回收利用的企业提供参考。The standard system of vehicle power battery recycling was being gradually constructed in recent years.The recycling standards of vehicle power batteries that had been released and under research were sorted out, the process of regeneration and utilization was emphatically analyzed.The retired power batteries used for regeneration and utilization were discharged and disassembled to obtain single cells, then the electrode material powder was obtained through monomer disassembly and physical treatment.The electrode material powder was prepared by wet smelting and material synthesis directional cycle to prepare battery materials.The research results provided reference for enterprises to carry out recycling of retired power batteries in the industry.
