摘　　要：面向海洋应急通信需求,以国产高通量卫星为天基保障资源,设计并实现一套船载卫星Wi-Fi宽带通信系统,为海洋通信提供整体解决方案,满足海洋权益维护、海洋防灾减灾、突发事件处置等需求。This paper adopts the design and implement a shipborne broadband satellite-Wi-Fi communication system based on domestic high throughput satellite.The system provides an overall solution for marine emergency communication,meeting the needs of maritime rights and interests protection,marine disaster prevention and mitigation,and emergency response.
