摘  要:某新型船用模块在普通标准6U结构尺寸条件下,应用了XMC型子卡作为拓展。论文对该模块的基本结构进行了初始方案设计,建立了该新型模块的三维模型,并从有限元角度进行分析,对模块结构进行网格划分,模拟计算模块在船用条件下的边界约束条件,并求解计算了该模块的振动冲击响应特性,通过仿真结果验证了结构方案设计的可行性。论设计方案可作为一种典型船用XMC模块结构,论文所述模块结构方案仿真分析对于类似模块设计具有一定经验参考意义。Under the condition of ordinary standard 6U structure size,a new marine module uses XMC sub card as an extension. In this paper,the initial scheme design of the basic structure of the module is carried out,the three-dimensional model of the new module is established,analyzed from the perspective of finite element,the module structure is meshed,the boundary constraints of the module under shipborne conditions are simulated,and the vibration and shock response characteristics of the module are solved and calculated. The feasibility of the structural scheme design is verified by the simulation results. This design scheme can be used as a typical marine XMC module structure. The simulation analysis of the module structure scheme described in this paper has a certain experience reference significance for the design of similar modules.
