摘 要:水下无线激光通信中,海水信道的衰减特性对光信号的传输距离和接收功率有很大的影响。论文参照近海水域的水质参数,分析了蓝绿激光在海水信道中的衰减特性,并用蒙特卡罗方法模拟了蓝绿激光在海水信道中的传输过程,得到了不同传输距离和接收位置下接收功率的变化。利用平顶高斯函数对此结果进行了算法拟合,建立了海水信道接收功率与激光传输距离和接收孔径之间的二维激光传输模型,并通过与一维理论传输模型的对比,验证了该二维传输模型的有效性。因此,基于该模型可快速得到某一海水水质条件下,任意接收距离和任意接收位置的接收光功率,为水下无线光通信系统的设计提供必要的参考数据。In underwater wireless laser communication, the attenuation characteristics of seawater channel have a great impact on the transmission distance and reception power of optical signals. In this paper, the attenuation characteristics of blue-green laser in sea water channel are analyzed with reference to the water quality parameters in offshore waters, and the transmission process of blue-green laser in sea water channel is simulated by Monte Carlo method, and the change of received power under different transmission distance and receiving position is obtained. The flat topped Gaussian function is used to fit this result, and a two-dimensional laser transmission model between the receiving power of the seawater channel and the laser transmission distance and the receiving aperture is established. The validity of the two-dimensional transmission model is verified by comparing with the one-dimensional theoretical transmission model. Therefore, the model can quickly obtain the received optical power at any receiving distance and any receiving location under a certain seawater quality condition, providing necessary reference data for the design of underwater wireless optical communication system.
