摘 要:设计并实现了一种低压、大功率、高效率的水声信号发射机,是水声设备小型化、高效率和便携式水声设备开发中的一项关键技术。该文从传统功率放大器的基本理论出发,采用改进型PWM调制方法、D类功率放大器结构和宽带换能器匹配技术,提出一种低压、大功率、高效率宽带水声信号发射机的方案,在保证高效率的同时,大大减小传统PWM调制方法所带来发射机杂散频谱,无需LC滤波器,有效地缩小发射机体积。湖试和海试表明,以此方案设计的水声信号在直流24V供电的情况下,平均输出功率达到130W,90%的效率及5kHz~30kHz的带宽,从制成至今3年,发射机稳定可靠。A high power and high efficiency underwater acoustic signal transmitter with a low voltage is designed and implemented.This is a key technology for miniaturization of a high efficiency and portable underwater acoustic equipment.In this paper,starting from the basic theory of the traditional power amplifier,with themodified PWM modulation method,and the structure of class D power amplifier/broadband matching technology,a solution with acoustic signal transmitter of low voltage,high power and high efficiency,combined with high efficiency of class D transmitter is identified,which highly reducing the traditional PWM modulation method caused by transmitter spurious spectrum.Meanwhile no LC filter is needed,finally effectively reduced the size of transmitter.Tests in the lake and sea show that the average output power of the designed underwater acoustic signal transmitter reaches 130W,at 90%efficiency and bandwidth of 5kHz~30kHz under DC 24V.The transmitter which implemented 3 years ago are still stable and reliable.
