摘　　要：移液工作站是完成高通量试验的必备工具之一,能帮助实验室构建标准化的试验流程,消除样品污染或损耗风险,保证结果的准确性、重复性及有效保障生物安全。本文介绍了目前在兽医检测领域较常用的移液工作站,阐明了其在动物疫病检测中具有结果准确、操作稳定、运行高效、安全性高等优势,也指出了工作站对样品处理要求高、价格昂贵、校准检定困难、维护难度大等难点,旨在为进一步提升兽医实验室的检测能力及向自动化方向发展提供信息参考。The pipetting station is one of the necessary tools for high-throughput experiments,which could help a laboratory to build a standardized experiment process,eliminate possible risks from sample contamination or loss,and ensure experiment results to be accurate and repeatable,and effectively guarantee bio-safety.In the paper,the pipetting station commonly used in the field of veterinary inspection were introduced,their advantages in animal disease detection,such as accurate results,stable operation,efficient running,high security,etc.were described,but the shortcomings such as high requirements for sample processing,expensive cost,difficulties in calibration,detection and maintenance were pointed out,with a view to providing a reference for further improving the detection capability of veterinary laboratories and for their development towards automation.
