摘  要:口蹄疫作为一种急性、热性和高度传染性疫病,目前尚缺乏长期有效且能完全抑制其病原的药物或疫苗。纳米抗体是一种新型基因工程抗体,具有生产成本低、与抗原亲和力高、特异性强、相对分子质量小等优点,且结构独特,因而成为对抗病毒的抗体之一,被用于某些病毒性疾病的预防及治疗。本文从纳米抗体的结构与特性、在口蹄疫诊断中的应用、在中和口蹄疫病毒中的作用以及在口蹄疫治疗中的展望等方面进行综述,探索其作为“探针”来诊断疾病的能力,以及将药物传递到机体内部,作为免疫抑制剂或治疗药物来中和病毒毒力的能力,以期为纳米抗体用于口蹄疫预防提供研发基础及创新思路。Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) is an acute,febrile and highly contagious disease,but no long-term effective drugs or vaccines have been available to fully control its pathogen.Nanobody,with the advantages of low production cost,high affinity with antigens,strong specificity,small relative molecular mass and unique structure,is a new type of genetic engineering antibody,which could be used to fight against viruses,prevent and control some viral diseases.In the paper,for nanobody,its structure and characteristics,application in diagnosing FMD,role in neutralizing FMD virus(FMDV) and prospect in fighting against FMD were summarized,then its capacities to diagnose any disease as a "probe",and to neutralize virus virulence as an immunosuppressant or therapeutic drug through delivering drugs into organisms were explored,with a view to providing a development basis and innovative idea for its application in preventing and controlling FMD.
