摘 要:2018年6月15日,在湖南省凤凰县林峰乡消水洞(27°50′28.18″N,109°31′36.05″E;海拔443 m)捕获6只蝙蝠。经鉴定,确认为华南水鼠耳蝠(Myotis laniger)。主要特征:体型较小,头体长为(43.19±2.12)mm,前臂长为(36.34±1.05)mm;耳屏长大于耳长(13.98±1.00)mm的1/3;后足长(8.34±0.47)mm,长于胫骨长(15.19±6.69)mm之半;胫背面无毛,无距缘膜;2只浸渍标本的颅全长分别为13.06、14.58 mm,颅基长分别为12.14、12.78 mm;后头宽大于颅全长的一半。基于Cyt b基因序列进行的分子系统学分析显示,此次捕获的鼠耳蝠物种与华南鼠耳蝠聚在一起,二者遗传距离最近(仅为0.01),进一步确认所捕获的6只蝙蝠为华南水鼠耳蝠。标本(TRU20180615001♀、TRU20180615002)保存于铜仁学院动物标本馆。Six bats were collected in the Xiaoshuidong(27°50′28.18″N,109°31′36.05″E;alt.443 m),Linfeng Township,Fenghuang County,Hunan Province,on June 15,2018.They were identified as Myotis laniger and it is a new distribution record to Hunan.The main taxonomy characteristics could be generally described as:medium to small body size,head-body length was(43.19±2.12)mm,and forearm length was(36.34±1.05)mm.The tragus was longer than one-third of the ear length(13.98±1.00)mm.Its hind-foot length was(8.34±0.47)mm,and was more than half of the tibia lengths of(15.19±6.69)mm.And it had the abaxial surface of the tibia glabrous,without talar margin.The condylobasal lengths of two bat specimens were 12.14 mm and 12.78 mm,and the mastoid width exceeded half of the length of skull(13.06 mm and 14.58 mm).Phylogenetic analysis based on Cyt b gene sequences showed that the captured bats were well clustered with M.laniger,formerly discovered in Taiwan Province,China,and the genetic distance was 0.01 only.Therefore,six bats were confirmed to M.laniger.The specimens(TRU20180615001♀、TRU20180615002)are preserved in the Zoological Museum of Tongren University.
