摘　　要：分析柱塞式高压甲铵泵副线阀内漏的原因,认为甲铵腐蚀、阀门机械损伤、介质对阀体内部冲刷是主要原因,通过采取相应的措施,减少了高压甲铵泵的检修次数,降低了检维修难度,提高了甲铵泵的运行周期。The cause of inner leakage of side line valve in plunger type high pressure ammonium carbamate pump was analyzed.The corrosion of ammonium carbamate,the mechanical failure of the valve,and the erosion on the valve body by the medium were reckoned to be the main reasons.The related measures were taken to reduce the maintenance time of the pump,decrease the maintenance difficulty,and increase the operation cycle of the pump.
