摘　　要：社会主义核心价值观是促进国家治理的重要文化纽带,在法律执行中体现社会主义核心价值观是推进国家行政管理活动规范化、程序化的重要途径。社会主义核心价值观为法律执行提供了价值支撑,而法律执行是社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设的关键环节。可通过重新认识法律执行主体与行政相对人的对立统一关系、丰富执法说理的内容构成、优化科学高效的执法方式、注重执法后果的社会认可度等方式实现社会主义核心价值观更好地融入法律执行的全过程,不断推进良法善治。The socialist core values are an important cultural link to promote the construction of national governance order, and the embodiment of socialist core values in the specific implementation of laws is an important fulcrum to promote the standardization and sequencing of national administrative activities.Socialist core values provide value support for law enforcement, and law enforcement is the key link for the integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law. Therefore, the socialist core values can be better integrated into the whole process of the specific implementation of the law by re recognizing the unity of opposites between the law enforcement subject and the administrative counterpart, enriching the content composition of law enforcement reasoning, optimizing scientific and efficient law enforcement methods, and paying attention to the social recognition of the consequences of law enforcement, so as to continuously promote good law and good governance.
