摘　　要：安全佩用手枪、依法规范和及时准确用枪,是公安民警应具备的基本素质。目前,在民警手枪射击培训、配备考核以及年度审验等环节仍存在许多亟需改进之处。构建简便易行的民警佩用手枪指南,既有利于公安部门最大限度地发挥列装手枪的作用,又能有效避免不该发生的用枪意外事故。Safe use of pistols, legal norms and timely and accurate use of guns, are the basic quality of the public security police should have. At present, there are still many aspects to be improved in the training,equipment assessment and annual examination of police pistol shooting. The construction of simple and easy guide for police to wear pistols is not only beneficial to the public security department to maximize the role of loading pistols, but also can effectively avoid the accidental accidents with guns that should not occur.
