甲强龙在重度支气管哮喘院前急救中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析甲强龙在重度支气管哮喘院前急救中的临床效果。方法51例重度支气管哮喘患者,将其随机分为观察组(26例)与对照组(25例)。两组均进行常规基础治疗,观察组加用甲强龙,对照组加用地塞米松。对比两组急救前后临床表现评分、心率、呼吸频率。结果急救后,观察组临床表现评分(6.35±1.14)分低于对照组的(7.76±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急救后,观察组心率(107.23±8.56)次/min和呼吸频率(24.97±6.23)次/min均低于对照组的(123.93±10.25)、(28.76±4.85)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于重度支气管哮喘急性发作患者使用甲强龙进行急救,可以显著提升患者治疗效果,有效控制病情,在促进临床症状缓解的同时,改善患者的预后。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of methylprednisolone in pre-hospital emergency treatment of severe bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 51 patients with severe bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group(26 cases)and control group(25 cases).Both groups received conventional basic treatment,the observation group was additionally treated with methylprednisolone,and the control group was additionally treated with dexamethasone.The clinical performance score,heart rate and respiratory rate were compared between the two groups before and after emergency treatment.Results After emergency treatment,the clinical performance score(6.35±1.14)points of the observation group was lower than(7.76±1.23)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After emergency treatment,the heart rate(107.23±8.56)beats/min and respiratory rate(24.97±6.23)times/min of the observation group were lower than(123.93±10.25)beats/min and(28.76±4.85)times/min of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute attack of severe bronchial asthma,the use of methylprednisolone for emergency treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,effectively control the disease,and improve the prognosis of patients while promoting the relief of clinical symptoms.
