中药熏药配合针灸疗法对中风恢复期患者的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析中药熏药配合针灸疗法治疗中风恢复期患者的临床效果。方法126例中风恢复期患者,采用数字表法随机分为参照组与研究组,每组63例。两组患者均进行功能训练,参照组采用针灸疗法进行治疗,研究组在参照组基础上配合中药熏药进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力评定量表(ADL)评分、颈动脉血流动力学指标[颈内动脉阻力指数(RI)、颈内动脉搏动指数(PI)]。结果治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组患者NIHSS评分(12.47±3.58)分显著低于参照组的(25.16±4.32)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ADL评分均高于治疗前,且研究组患者ADL评分(83.67±5.44)分显著高于参照组的(68.37±8.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者RI、PI均低于治疗前,且研究组患者RI(0.50±0.02)、PI(0.83±0.04)均显著低于参照组的(0.60±0.03)、(1.06±0.10),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏药配合针灸疗法可促进中风恢复期患者脑组织血管内皮细胞的修复,还显著改善其脑神经功能,提升患者日常生活自理能力。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on stroke patients in the convalescent stage.Methods A total of 126 stroke patients in the convalescent stage were randomly divided into reference group and research group by the digital table method,with 63 cases in each group.Both groups underwent functional training,the reference group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the reference group.Both groups were compared in terms of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,activities of daily living(ADL)score,carotid artery hemodynamic indexes(resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)].Results After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the NIHSS scores(12.47±3.58)points in the research group were significantly lower than(25.16±4.32)points in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the ADL score(83.67±5.44)points of the research group was significantly higher than(68.37±8.12)points of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the RI and PI of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the RI(0.50±0.02)and PI(0.83±0.04)of the research group were significantly lower than(0.60±0.03)and(1.06±0.10)of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can promote the repair of vascular endothelial cells in brain tissue of stroke patients in the convalescent stage,and also significantly improve their brain nerve function and enhance their activities of daily living.
