头针联合针刺眼周穴位治疗中风后视野缺损的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨头针联合针刺眼周穴位治疗中风后视野缺损的临床疗效。方法40例中风后视野缺损患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组给予头针治疗,观察组给予头针联合针刺眼周穴位治疗。比较两组治疗效果及视野情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.0%高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均视网膜光敏感度(17.73±2.30)dB、平均视野缺损值(3.47±0.49)dB和模型标准变异均值(3.85±0.30)dB均优于对照组的(15.62±2.27)、(3.97±0.55)、(4.46±0.79)dB,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针联合针刺眼周穴位可以明显提高中风后视野缺损的治疗效果,有效改善患者视野情况,对提高患者的身心健康作用显著。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with acupuncture at periocular points in the treatment of post-stroke visual field defect.Methods A total of 40 patients with post-stroke visual field defect were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with scalp acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with acupuncture at periocular points.The therapeutic effect and visual field were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.0%of the observation group was higher than 70.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean retinal photosensitivity(17.73±2.30)dB,mean visual field defect value(3.47±0.49)dB and mean model standard variation(3.85±0.30)dB of the observation group were better than(15.62±2.27),(3.97±0.55),(4.46±0.79)dB of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with acupuncture at periocular points can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of post-stroke visual field defect,effectively improve the patient's visual field,and play a great role in the patient's physical and mental health.
