穿心莲内酯分散片治疗上焦风热证急性牙周炎的临床效果以及药理研究

摘　　要：目的穿心莲内酯分散片对上焦风热证急性牙周炎的意义以及药理研究。方法60例上焦风热证急性牙周炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采取予盐酸米诺环素软膏牙周袋内注射,试验组在对照组的基础上口服穿心莲内酯分散片。比较两组患者牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数以及治疗效果。结果试验组患者牙龈指数(1.07±0.15)分、菌斑指数(1.09±0.02)分、龈沟出血指数(1.12±0.11)分均低于对照组的(1.51±0.18)、(1.52±0.01)、(1.57±0.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床总有效率90.00%高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取穿心莲内酯分散片对上焦风热证急性牙周炎患者治疗的效果显著,值得推广。Objective To study the significance and pharmacology of andrographolide dispersible tablets in the treatment of acute periodontitis with wind-heat syndrome in the upper jiao.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute periodontitis with wind-heat syndrome in the upper jiao were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with periodontal pocket injection of minocycline hydrochloride ointment,and the experimental group was treated with oral andrographolide dispersible tablets on the basis of the control group.The gingival index,plaque index,gingival bleeding index,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The gingival index(1.07±0.15)points,plaque index(1.09±0.02)points and gingival bleeding index(1.12±0.11)points in the experimental group were lower than(1.51±0.18),(1.52±0.01),and(1.57±0.10)points in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate 90.00%in the experimental group was higher than 40.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Andrographolide dispersible tablets has significant therapeutic effect on acute periodontitis patients with windheat syndrome in the upper jiao,and is worthy of promotion.
