摘 要:为进一步厘清航空安全的基本构成要素及关系,系统分析和评估航空安全生产状况,从经济学中的生产要素入手,在安全管理实践及经典安全理论模型分析基础上,结合当前民航业安全工作特点,提出航空安全六要素及六要素模型,并通过案例分析对模型进行初步验证。结果显示:航空安全六要素模型用于航空事故分析是有效的;模型对于进一步明确航空安全的影响要素,完善航空安全管理方法,提升航空安全整体水平具有重要意义。In order to further clarify the basic constitutive elements and relations of the aviation safety, and systematically analyze and evaluate the status aviation safety production situation, starting from the production factors in economics, the six elements and model of the aviation safety are proposed, and further the model is preliminarily verified by the case analysis based on the analysis of safety management practice and classical safety theory model, combined with the safety work characteristics of current civil aviation. The results show that the six elements model of the aviation safety is effective in the aviation accident analysis. The model is of important significance to further clarify the influencing factors of the aviation safety, improve the safety management method and enhance the overall level of aviation safety.
