水刺非织造医用绷带基布的性能研究

摘　　要：为研发新型非织造医用绷带,通过水刺加固技术制备水刺非织造坯布,并对坯布进行涂层整理,得到水刺非织造医用绷带基布。测试分析涂层整理前后试样的表面微观形貌、面密度和厚度,以及拉伸性能、弯曲性能、透气性能、亲水性能及液体扩散性能等。结果表明:涂层整理后的试样,孔隙增大,面密度和厚度均有下降,拉伸性能、弯曲性能和透气性能均得到改善;涂层整理前后的试样均表现出优异的亲水性能,且涂层整理后试样的液体扩散性能更好。In order to develop novel nonwovens medical bandage,spunlaced grey nonwovens were prepared by spunlaced reinforcement technology,followed by coating to get spunlaced nonwovens medical bandage substrate.The surface morphology,mass per unit area and thickness,as well as tensile property,bending property,air permeability,hydrophilic property and liquid diffusion property of samples before and after coating finishing were tested and analyzed.The results showed that,after coating finishing,the porosity increased while the mass per unit area and thickness decreased,and the tensile property,bending property,air permeability were all improved.Both samples before and after coating finishing showed excellent hydrophilic property,and the liquid diffusion property of the samples after coating finishing was better.
