摘 要:目的 探索超声造影技术用于早期诊断肝移植术后非血管性肝缺血/坏死的实用性。方法 回顾性分析9例经CT血管造影(CT angiography, CTA)及超声造影诊断的非血管性肝缺血/坏死患者的图像特征。结果 9例患者超声造影早期均表现为移植肝血管无异常,大面积肝实质三期(动脉期、门脉期、延迟期)却无增强,肝功能急剧恶化,与CTA结果基本一致。结论 超声造影具备操作便捷,可动态观察的特点,可作为肝移植术后非血管性肝缺血/坏死的早期诊断工具。Objective To explore the practicability of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in early diagnosis of non-vascular liver ischemia/necrosis after liver transplantation. Methods The image features of 9 patients with non-tubular hepatic ischemia/necrosis diagnosed by CTA and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the early stage of contrast-enhanced ultrasound, 9 patients showed no abnormality of the transplanted liver vessels, no enhancement of the large area of liver parenchyma in the third phase(arterial phase, portal phase, and delayed phase), which was basically consistent with the results of CTA. Conclusions CEUS is characterized by convenient operation and dynamic observation, and can be used as an early diagnostic tool for non-vascular liver ischemia/necrosis after liver transplantation.
