误诊为疥疮结节的阴囊二期梅毒疹1例

摘　　要：梅毒是由梅毒螺旋体感染人体引起的性传播疾病。因机体免疫状态存在差异,常使二期梅毒疹呈现不同的临床表现,且皮疹可以与多种皮肤病表现类似。当皮疹不典型时,极易容易引起误诊、漏诊。本文现对1例以阴囊单发条索状皮疹为主要表现的二期梅毒疹进行报道,为临床诊治该部位二期梅毒提供参考。Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by treponema pallidum infection. Due to the differences in the immune status of the body, secondary syphilis rash often presents diverse clinical manifestations, and the rash can be similar to a variety of skin diseases.If the rash is atypical, it can easily lead to misdiagnosis. In this paper, we report a case of secondary syphilis with a single cord rash on the scrotum, which may serve as a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of secondary syphilis in this site.
