摘　　要：通过阐述A公司发生的一起发烟硫酸事故,从采购的视角剖析事故发生的原因。通过采取强化采购安全意识、加强专业能力建设、改善内部相关部门管理、带动外部合作伙伴共同参与HSE管理等措施,最终取得了良好的成效,期待为同行提供一些参考。By describing a fuming sulfuric acid accident in company A,the causes of the accident were analyzed from the perspective of procurement.By taking measures such as strengthening procurement safety awareness,strengthening professional capacity building,improving the management of relevant internal departments,and driving external partners to participate in HSE management,good results have been achieved finally.It is expected to provide some reference for peers.
