摘 要:研究了一种煤与固体废弃物复合串行气化工艺。以木屑为例,通过利用实测的气化炉分区温度结合流体动力学和气化反应动力学,建立了复合串行气化工艺的半经验动力学模型,并研究了气化温度、水蒸气与固体废弃物质量比(S/M)和固体废弃物与煤质量比(M/C)等关键参数对气化规律的影响。结果表明:该气化工艺采用水蒸气气化,无需外部热源,可生产中热值合成气;提高气化温度对气化结果有利,最佳气化温度为1010℃,最佳S/M为1.4;气化工艺中应尽可能提高M/C值,本模型最佳M/C值为4.0。研究结果可为复合串行气化工艺的运行和优化提供参考和理论依据。A coal and municipal solid waste(MSW)serial compound gasification process is investigated.Taking sawdust as an example,a semi-empirical dynamic model of the serial compound gasification process is established and the effects of key parameters such as gasification temperature,mass ratio of steam to MSW(S/M)and mass ratio of MSW to coal(M/C)on the gasification law are studied,by using the measured multi-zone temperature of gasifier connected with hydrodynamics and gasification reaction dynamics.The result shows that,the gasification process uses steam gasification without external heat source,which can produce medium-calorific value syngas.Enhancing the gasification temperature is favorable to the gasification results,the optimal gasification temperature is 1010℃and the most suitable S/M is 1.4.The M/C value should be increased as much as possible in this gasification process,and the optimal M/C value is 4.0 in this model.The research can offer reference and theoretical basis for operation and optimization of the serial compound gasification process.
