摘　　要：离子膜电解槽产生的湿氯气夹带大量的水分和热量,经过氯气和水分的物料平衡计算,找出去除氯气中水分的关键节点,经过工艺技术和设备改造,并在充分利用氯气余热与一次盐水换热的基础上进一步优化工艺,确保夏季高温时段稳定运行。The wet chlorine gas produced by ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer carries a large amount of water and heat,through the material balance calculation of chlorine gas and water,finds out the key node of removing chlorine gas and water,and through the technical and equipment transformation,on the basis of making full use of the residual heat of chlorine gas and the heat exchange of primary brine,the process is further optimized to ensure the stable operation during high temperature period in summer.
