摘　　要：新时代社科类学术期刊应充分发挥引领作用,突出体现为政治导向和意识形态引领,学科体系、学术体系和话语体系引领,学术规范和学术生态引领,学术评价和学术人才培育引领。进一步发挥社科类学术期刊的引领作用,应坚持正确的政治导向,增强社会主义意识形态引领力;敢于主动作为,增强学科体系、学术体系和话语体系引领力;强化规范意识和问题导向意识,增强学术规范和学术生态引领力;拓展多元价值,增强学术评价和学术人才培育引领力。Social science academic journals should be given full play to their leading role in the new era, which is highlighted by the leading role of political and ideological guidance, leading role of discipline system, academic system and discourse system, leading role of academic norms and academic ecology, and leading role of academic evaluation and academic talent training. To further give full play to the leading role of social science academic journals, it is necessary to adhere to the correct political guidance and enhance the leading force of socialist ideology, to take the initiative in enhancing the leadership of the discipline system, academic system and discourse system, to strengthen the consciousness of norms and problem orientation and enhance the leading power of academic norms and academic ecology, to expand multiple values, and enhance the leadership of academic evaluation and academic talent training.
