摘  要:优质高淀粉甘薯新品种莆薯12以美国超短蔓优质品种黑薯为母本,高干优异材料莆薯22(6-3)为父本,通过人工有性杂交、多点综合鉴定选育而成。对莆薯12特征特性、生产力、抗病性和品质等进行深入研究,结果表明:莆薯12鲜薯、薯干和淀粉产量高,外观好、食味品质优;平均鲜薯产量2102.33kg/666.7m^(2),比对照品种广薯87(CK)增产7.56%;平均薯干产量724.20kg/666.7m^(2),比CK增产24.06%;平均淀粉产量465.00kg/666.7m^(2),比CK增产32.92%;平均干物率和淀粉率为33.32%和22.83%,分别比CK高4.71和2.88个百分点(绝对值);食味和外观评分分别比对照高2.3和1.4分。2020年6月通过国家非主要农作物品种登记。A new sweet potato cultivar Pushu 12 with high starch content was developed from female parent American black potato(a type of short vine sweet potato variety with excellent characteristics) and male parent 6-3 with high dry matter content by crossing manually and identification in multi-places. The traits, productivity, disease resistance and quality characters of Pushu 12 had been studied. The results showed that the fresh yield,dry matter yield and taste of Pushu 12 were better,the average fresh storage root yield of Pushu 12 was 2 102.33kg·666.7m^(-2), which increased significantly by 7.56% compared with that of Guangshu 87(CK). The average dry matter yield was 724.20 kg·666.7m^(-2), which increased significantly by 24.06%compared with that of CK. The average starch yield was 465.00 kg·666.7m^(-2), which increased significantly by 32.92% compared with that of CK. The average dry matter content and starch rate of root were 33.32% and 22.83% respectively, with 4.71% and 2.88%(absolute value) higher than CK. The taste score and appearance score of Pushu 12 was 82.3(80 for CK) and 81.4(80 for CK). Pushu 12 passed the National Crop New Variety Registration in June 2020.
