摘　　要：目的探讨氧气湿化瓶清洗消毒后用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)自封袋多个包装的临床储存时间。方法收集2020年6月1日至6月30日成都市青白江区人民医院清洗消毒后的氧气湿化瓶及管芯共100套,用自封袋包装,每袋10个,分别储存于呼吸内科、介入肿瘤科,神经外科、急诊科、消毒供应中心,每科储存20套,定期进行细菌学监测,研究其用自封袋多个包装的可行性及在每个时段的细菌学监测指标是否符合规范要求,并在2020年9月及2020年12月对各临床科室储存28 d内的氧气湿化瓶追踪抽查。结果消毒后的氧气湿化瓶及管芯采用自封袋包装储存,第3、7、14、21、28天的细菌学检测指标及随后两次全院追踪抽查结果均符合《医院消毒卫生标准》对中度危险性医疗器材的细菌菌落总数要求。结论消毒后的氧气湿化瓶可用自封袋多个包装,储存时间可达28 d,可减少科室因盲目重复消毒而增加的工作量,大大减少包装材料的使用。【Objective】To investigate the clinical storage time of multiple LDPE self-sealing bags after oxygen humidification bottle cleaning and disinfection.【Methods】From June 1,2020 to June 30,2020,in Qingbaijiang District People's Hospital of Chengdu,a total of 100 sets of wet oxygen bottle and tube core were collected after cleaning and disinfection,with valve bag packaging,10 per bag,respectively stored in respiratory medicine,interventional oncology,nerve surgery,emergency department,disinfection supply center,20 sets in each branch,with regular monitoring of bacteriology.The feasibility of multiple packages in ziplocks and whether the bacteriological monitoring indicators in each period met the standard requirements were studied.The oxygen humidification bottles stored in clinical departments for 28 days were tracked and randomly checked in September 2020 and December 2020.【Results】After disinfection,the oxygen humidification bottle and tube core were packed and stored in ziplocked bags.The bacteriological test indexes of the 3 rd,7 th,14 th,21 st and 28 th days and the following two follow up sampling results of the whole hospital all met the requirements of the total number of bacterial colonies of the moderately dangerous medical equipment in"Hospital Disinfection Hygiene Standard".【Conclusion】After disinfection,oxygen humidification bottles can be packed in multiple ziplocks and stored for up to 28 days,which can reduce the workload caused by blind and repeated disinfection in the department and greatly reduce the use of packaging materials.
