摘 要:在评价区域创新现状与潜力时,区域协同创新能力是其中非常重要的影响因素,科学评价该能力至关重要。从区域知识获取能力、区域知识创造能力、区域环境支撑能力以及区域创新资源配置能力4个维度来构建指标体系,综合运用熵值法以及耦合协同度模型来综合测评长三角区域协同创新能力。结果显示:长三角区域一市三省的协同创新能力均在稳步提升,均从严重失调逐渐上升至不同程度的协调阶段。四个地区4个维度的能力有着不同程度的提升和缺失,需根据各省市具体情况进一步完善。When evaluating the status and potential of specific innovation in a region,the ability of regional collaborative innovation is a very important factor,so the scientific evaluation of this ability is very important.This paper intends to construct an indicator system from four dimensions:regional knowledge acquisition ability,regional knowledge creation ability,regional environmental support ability and regional innovation resource allocation ability,and comprehensively use the entropy method and the coupling synergy model to comprehensively evaluate the collaborative innovation ability of the Yangtze River Delta region.The results show that the collaborative innovation capabilities of one city and three provinces in the Yangtze River Delta region are steadily improving,and they have gradually risen from serious disorders to different levels of coordination.The capabilities of the four dimensions and the four regions have different degrees of improvement and deficiency,which need to be further improved according to the specific conditions of each province and city.
