摘  要:筛选并确定莫西克汀浇泼剂制备工艺,为进一步开发宠物相关的莫西克汀浇泼剂提供数据支撑。通过对不同溶剂、抗氧化剂、促透剂、指示剂的单因素筛选以及大鼠离体透皮吸收试验,完成浇泼剂的辅料筛选;通过L9(3^(4))正交试验确定浇泼剂的最佳工艺和黏合剂最佳使用量;并使用高效液相色谱法测定莫西克汀的含量,对稳定性进行考察。最终确定最佳溶剂为棉籽油;抗氧化剂为0.03%特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ);黏合剂为10%聚异丁烯为(1300);促透剂为8%肉豆蔻酸异丙酯。研究制备的浇泼剂具有良好的稳定性和透皮性,并证明不同助剂筛选出的工艺符合浇泼剂的特点。The preparation process of moxidectin pour-on solution was screened and determined to provide data support for the further development of pet-related moxidectin pour-on solution.Through single-factor screening of different solvent antioxidants,penetration enhancers,indicators,and in vitro transdermal absorption test of rats to complete the selections of excipient for pour-on solution.L9(3^(4))orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimum technology and amount of adhesive,using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to determine the content of moxidectin and investigate the stability.The results showed that cottonseed oil as solvent,0.03%tert-butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ)as antioxidant,10%polyisobutylene(1300)as binder,and 8%of isopropyl myristate was used as penetration enhancer were the optimal technology.The pour-on solution in this study has good stability and skin permeability,and it is proved that the process selected by different additives meets the characteristics of the pouring agent.
