摘 要:鸡球虫病是由艾美耳属球虫引起的鸡的一种肠道原虫病,对养鸡业的发展危害严重。目前主要依靠药物和活卵囊疫苗来防治鸡球虫病,但药物防治存在耐药性和药物残留等问题,而免疫活卵囊疫苗带来的肠道损伤等问题使养鸡业在控制鸡球虫病方面面临巨大挑战,新型防控策略亟待开发。基因重组疫苗生产工艺简单、稳定、安全、高效,在分子生物学技术高速发展的当下,其将成为鸡球虫病防治的新型手段。目前对基因重组疫苗的研究日益增多,但缺乏系统的抗鸡球虫病基因重组疫苗的综述分析。鉴于此,论文从当前抗鸡球虫病措施、鸡球虫病基因重组疫苗候选因子及影响因素等方面对抗鸡球虫病基因重组疫苗的研究进展进行综述,以期为抗鸡球虫病基因重组疫苗的研发提供参考。Avian coccidiosis is an important intestinal protozoan disease caused by various Eimeria species,which seriously caused significant economic losses of chicken industry.Anticoccidials and live oocyst vaccines are the two main approaches to prevent and control avian coccidiosis.However,anticoccidial drugs cause drug resistances as well as serious drug residues,and live oocyst vaccines cause intestinal damage make the chicken industry facing agreat challenge in the control of avian coccidiosis.In comparision,recombinant vaccine is easy to administration,and is also stable,safe and efficient,thus has become a new control strategy against avian coccidiosis.At present,there are a lot of researches on gene recombinant vaccines,but no systematic review and analysis about controlling avian coccidiosis.In this paper,the research progress on gene recombinant vaccines of avian coccidiosis was reviewed from current anticoccidiosis measures including the aspects of vaccine candidates and influencing factors,in order to provide insightful knowledge for the research and development of recombinant vaccine against avian coccidiosis in the future.
