基于专利态势分析探索高校知识产权信息服务中心发展策略——以山东科技大学为例

摘　　要：本文以山东科技大学为例探索高校知识产权信息服务中心发展策略。基于SOOPAT和Innography数据库检索山东科技大学2010—2020年的专利,通过分析专利产出态势,提出高校知识产权信息服务中心发展策略:激励发明专利、国外专利和联合专利申请,提高发明专利授权率和有效专利占比;关注、收集、保护好高强度专利;加速专利转移转化。This paper takes Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example to explore the development strategies of university intellectual property information service center.It searches the patents of Shandong University of Science and Technology from 2010 to 2020 based on SOOPAT database and Innography database,and puts forward the development strategies of university intellectual property information service center by analyzing the trend of patent output,including encouraging invention patent applications,foreign patent applications and joint patent applications,improving the authorization rate of invention patents and the proportion of effective patents,focusing on and collecting high-strength patents and protecting them,and accelerating patent transfer and transformation.
