摘　　要：本文对绿色矿山概念进行阐释,并对绿色矿山项目的建设对象进行细致分类,从时间、资金、生态等多个角度对绿色矿山建设的必要性进行分析。以大唐观音岩水电站巨型人工砂石系统项目为例,研究该项目在时间管控、资金管控和社会生态效益管控等方面采取的相应措施。This paper expounds the concept of green mine,classifies the construction objects of green mine projects in detail,and analyzes the necessity of green mine construction from time,capital,ecology and other perspectives.Take the giant artificial sand and gravel system project of Datang Guanyinyan Hydropower Station as an example to study the corresponding measures taken in the project in terms of time control,capital control and social ecological benefit control.
