摘　　要：本文引入回收企业和消费者各自环保系数为电子废弃物回收处理决策影响因子,构建原始设备制造商、非正规回收企业和消费者三方博弈模型,并通过算例分析得出生产者责任延伸制度实施中多方参与方环保意识提升的重要性。In this paper,the environmental protection coefficients of recycling enterprises and consumers are introduced as the influencing factor of electronic waste recycling decision,and a three-party game model of original equipment manufacturers,informal recycling enterprises and consumers is constructed.Through the example analysis,the importance of improving the environmental awareness of the participants in the implementation of the extended producer responsibility system is concluded.
