摘　　要：文章分析了火灾对建筑材料结构的危害影响和评级标准,介绍了实施灾后加固处理的不同方法。结合某高层住宅火灾后的实际处理案例,通过对受损情况详细调查,对房屋建筑受损后的安全性和可靠性实施检测鉴定,从而得到该房屋建筑损坏情况的评估意见,并给出修复加固措施建议,供类似工程参考。This paper analyzes the harmful effects of fire on building materials and structures and the rating standards,and introduces different methods of post-disaster reinforcement.Combined with the actual handling case of a high-rise residential building after a fire,through a detailed investigation of the damage,the safety and reliability of the building after damage were inspected and appraised,so as to obtain the assessment opinions of the damage of the building,and give suggestions on repair and reinforcement measures for the reference of similar projects.
