摘　　要：本文以海南省三沙市海洋旅游产业发展为例,首先简要介绍了三沙市的区位概况,其次分析了其具备的海洋旅游资源及其空间分布特点,最后从海洋旅游资源的保护与利用、旅游产品的创新与研发、海洋旅游服务配套基础设施的建设与完善等3个方面论述了三沙市海洋旅游产业高质量发展的建设之路。Taking the development of marine tourism industry in Sansha City,Hainan Province as an example,this paper first briefly introduces the location of Sansha City,then analyzes its marine tourism resources and their spatial distribution characteristics,and finally discusses the way of construction road of high-quality development of marine tourism industry in Sansha City from three aspects:protection and utilization of marine tourism resources,innovation and research and development of tourism products,and construction and improvement of supporting infrastructure for marine tourism services.
