摘　　要：减负不减质,在“双减”政策的大背景下,文章探讨了公共图书馆与中小学校合作的可行性及合作路径,揭示了馆校合作在推动全民阅读,丰富学生实践知识,促进未成年人身心健康等方面的时代价值,以此希望有更多的公共图书馆加入到“双减增效”的行动中来,为未成年人的健康成长创造良好的社会环境。"Double reduction"refers to a reduction in the total amount and time of commitment required by school homework and a reduction in the burden of off-campus or after-school training programs.In the context of the"double reduction"policy,the article discusses the feasibility and path of cooperation between public libraries and primary and secondary schools.The article reveals the value of library-school cooperation in promoting reading for all,enriching students'practical knowledge,and promoting minors'physical and mental health.Therefore,this article hopes that more public libraries will join the action of"double reduction and increase efficiency"to create an enabling social environment for the healthy growth of minors.
