摘　　要：农业是淮河流域的重要支柱产业。流域农业受洪涝、干旱、风雹、低温冻害等自然灾害影响较大。流域农业灾害发生频次高,范围广,不同年份不同地域农业灾害的发生程度也有所不同。淮河流域每年都会发生各种灾害,尤其是水灾和旱灾,造成农作物受灾面积十分严重。灾害对农作物的影响非常突出,导致农作物受损,产量减少。Agriculture is a pillar industry of the Huaihe River basin. Agriculture in the river basin is greatly affected by natural disasters such as flood, drought, hail and low temperature freezing damage. The frequency of watershed disasters is high and wide,and the degree of disasters in different regions in different years. The Huaihe River basin suffers from various disasters every year,especially floods and droughts, resulting in serious disasters of crops. The impact of disasters on crops is very prominent, leading to crop damage and reduced production.
