水下文化遗产监测预警体系设计初探——以白鹤梁题刻为例

摘　　要：白鹤梁题刻作为世界上第一个水下文化遗产原址保护与展示的项目,得到了宝贵的经验,其真实性和完整性保存较好。鉴于水下文化遗产保护的特殊性,为使白鹤梁题刻的保护更加科学,笔者团队与相关机构合作,探索水下文化遗产监测保护的内容和方法。文章在对国内外遗产监测现状及白鹤梁题刻文物本体和保存环境的监测分析的基础上,构建了白鹤梁题刻遗产监测预警管理系统平台。该系统平台不仅有助于给出合理的预警性保护数据和措施,还有助于科学合理地制订白鹤梁题刻保护管理规划,为申报世界文化遗产提供数据支撑,更将对世界水下文化遗产预防性保护提供可借鉴性的经验。Baiheliang Inscriptions as the first in-situ underwater cultural heritage protection and display project in the world with relatively good state of authenticity and integrity, had gained a lot of valuable experiences. In view of the particularity of underwater heritage, the authoring team worked with partnering organizations to explore underwater cultural relics monitoring and protection methods. The essay is built on the state of heritage monitoring at home and abroad and analysis of the preservation monitoring of Baiheliang Inscriptions and its environment, such that the Baiheliang Inscriptions heritage monitoring and early warning system can be constructed. This system can not only generate reasonable early warning data and measures, and also help establish Baiheliang Inscriptions protection management plan in a scientific way, provide data support for world cultural heritage nomination, and provide experience for the preventive protection of underwater cultural heritage worldwide.
