摘　　要：编辑加工是学报出版的中心环节,是责任编辑执行出版“把关”责任的重要体现.从编辑加工的原则入手,结合编辑实践,探讨了从论文的大结构到各种细节的编辑加工的方法,以及责任编辑在熟练掌握各种出版标准和规范的基础上引导作者修改文稿的方法.通过对论文进行标准化、规范化,提升文稿质量,进而保证学报的出刊质量.Editing and compiling is the central procedure in the publication of journal papers and the checking role an editor in charge plays.In accordance with the basic principle of editing and compiling and in combination with years of editing practice,various methods from from the macro-structure of a paper to the detailed editing techniques are discussed and introduced as well are many methods to guide the author in his revision of a paper,helping him follow certain publishing specification standards and norms.Through the standardization of a paper,the quality is ensured and thus the quality of a journal on the whole is guaranteed.
