摘 要:鼻腔分泌物检测是过敏性鼻炎、慢性鼻窦炎、鼻腔感染等疾病的重要检测手段。鼻腔分泌物与支气管哮喘(哮喘)的相关性是近年来讨论的热点问题,也是有争论的焦点之一。有研究发现二者可能密切相关,哮喘能够引起鼻腔炎症水平和微生态改变,但有学者认为二者的相关性较弱,其原因是鼻腔分泌物稳定性差,受外界环境影响大。本文就哮喘患者鼻腔分泌物变化进行归纳和总结。Nasal secretion detection is an important means to detect allergic rhinitis,chronic sinusitis,nasal infection,and other diseases.The correlation between nasal secretions and bronchial asthma(asthma)has been one of the hot topics in recent years.Some studies have found that nasal secretions and asthma may be closely related:asthma can increase nasal inflammation level and cause microecological changes,but some scholars believe that the correlation between them is weak because nasal secretions,which are greatly affected by the external environment,is unstable.This paper summarizes the changes of nasal secretions in patients with asthma.
