摘  要:放空系统是天然气集输的重要组成部分,放空系统模拟计算的准确性直接影响集输过程的安全运行,针对Depressuring模拟方法和手动搭建动态模型存在的问题,采用BLOWDOWN动态泄放技术建立完整的放空系统模型。考虑泄漏、火灾和设备维修三种泄放工况,泄漏和火灾工况用于确定孔板尺寸和放空系统定尺计算,在此基础上进行设备维修泄放低温研究。模拟结果标明:火灾工况的泄放量大于泄漏工况,决定放空系统能力;维修工况下,沿气体泄放方向,放空系统中管线/设备的最低温度呈不断上升趋势;对影响低温的初始泄放温度进行敏感性分析,表明最低温度随初始泄放温度的降低而降低。综上所述,BLOWDOWN动态泄放技术不仅可以模拟放空系统泄放量,而且还可以精确模拟放空系统的低温分布,指导泄放系统管线和设备选材。The vent system is an important part of natural gas gathering and transportation.The accuracy of the simulation&calculation of the vent system directly affects the safe operation of gathering and transportation process.In view of the problems existing in the Depressuring Method and manual dynamic model,BLOWDOWN dynamic venting technology is adopted to establish a complete dynamic model for the vent system.Three blowdown cases:leakage,fire,and equipment maintenance are considered.The leakage and fire conditions are used to determine the orifice plate size,and the size&calculation of the vent system.On this basis,the blowdown low temperature research due to equipment maintenance is carried out.The simulation results show that the discharge capacity under fire conditions is greater than that under leakage condition,which determines the capacity of the vent system.Under maintenance conditions,the minimum temperature of pipes/equipment in the vent system is increasing along the gas discharge direction,the sensitivity analysis of the initial discharge temperature shows that the minimum temperature decreases with the decrease of the initial discharge temperature.In short,BLOWDOWN dynamic venting technology cannot only simulate the capacity of vent system,but also can accurately simulate the low temperature distribution of the vent system,so as to guide the material selection of pipes and equipment of the vent system.
